Reiki Training

Reiki 1 First Degree  

Who it’s for? 

Anyone that would like to start using reiki energy healing to treat themselves, pets and loved ones. 

Reiki level 1 is not practitioner level, you would need to complete level 2 if you intend to use reiki professionally, but this unlocks your innate ability to heal yourself, friends and family and can also be used to treat personal and global situations.

What’s included?

• What Reiki Energy is, how it works, and holistic effects. What is healing? Illness as a message from the body
• Introduction to aura and chakras
• The Reiki principles and precepts, energy and aura cleansing techniques and traditional Japanese meditation. 
• Ethics & boundaries
• How reiki can become a tool to change your life
• Hand positions for self treatment and treating others
• Practise giving and receiving full treatment

You will receive 4 part Reiki first degree attunement and Usui Reiki certificate.

Also included are light refreshments, herbal teas and vegetarian lunch.

Following the course if you are local you will be invited to share in a regular reiki circle to deepen your channel and connection with your reiki master and fellow members of the local reiki community. If you are not local we can stay in touch and I’d be honoured to support you on your onward reiki journey, developing your channel.
