What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be subject to full cost of treatment booked. Cancel any time before 24 hrs and no fee will be incurred.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, no cash will be redeemed only services.
What should I wear?
For massage treatments we ask you to undress to your comfort level, whether that is to underwear or not, appropriate towel management will be used to ensure your comfort and dignity at all times.
For reiki you will be fully clothed so just wear loose comfortable clothing and remove belts and jewellery.
Comfortable activewear or loose clothing is great for yoga, whatever you are comfortable in to move and stretch.
Etiquette
Try to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle and relax maybe enjoy an herbal tea before your treatment and to complete a short health questionnaire.
If you need anything at all to feel more comfortable do not hesitate to ask your therapist. This is your special time so if you need an extra blanket, different music, a pillow anything at all just ask!
